Cut flowers and foliage are perishable products. We are committed to providing the freshest and highest-quality products to our customers. However, some products are occasionally damaged. Please inspect all your purchases upon pick up or delivery. If a particular item is unacceptable to you at the time of pick up or delivery due to damage, you will be issued a store credit for the cost of the damaged stems. Acceptance of your order upon delivery or pick up constitutes confirmation of the items' quality. No store credit can be issued after the products are accepted by the buyer. For custom arrangements, We want to create with the best and freshest goods possible. If flowers become unavailable, color is incorrect, or in poor condition, we will sub in a similar color, shape, and price-point. Occasionally we are not always able to notify you in last-minute situations.
