First stop, the gem store. This place embraces all Palm Springs and 70’s vibes. Just on the route to Asheville, off Poinsett Hwy, you’ll find a small blue building with precious stones, tan accents and a “Come Again” sign in the windows — Dixie Gem. I’ve always wanted to shoot something here, so we decided last minute to stop by and snap a few shots.
The amazing and talented photographer duo from Charlotte, NC, Howard Photo & Film, and East coast photographer Savannah Sirois were so delightful to work with - we decided to go for a moody western elopement, with small touches of delicate flowers like peonies + pincushion.
