Behind the Scenes in Concord, North Carolina

We traveled to Concord, just near Charlotte North Carolina to work with the beautiful husband and wife photo team of The Mango Market and lifestyle blogger Danielle of @happy.andwhole to recreate some bouquets of an elegant bee keeper.

A designer of Centerpiece Studio, Hannah, first saw an editorial image of a young woman wearing a straw hat with light white tulle draped over and immediately wanted to make this vision come to life, but with flowers in the mix. She loved the details of mountain living, close to a farm, wildlife and ofcourse, the bees.

We first arrived to the scouted location, right near a dam and a supersized Target :O and waited for the golden hour to arrive. Hannah prepped her bouquets ahead of time but added some delicate details on scene.

One, a vibrant and colorful dried assortment of gypsophilia, pampas, local zinnias & pincushion, the others mixed with amaranth, banksia + classic alstromeria.

We had an amazing time, laughing, conversing, running the fields + creating magical moments through flowers, beauty and imagery. We almost thought of taking one of the creamy colored cows home, though we only brought our Toyota sedans.

We are super excited to share with you the behind the scenes photos, note: they were taken on an iphone (ha!) but we are even more excited to share with you the finished product.
